Question: Why doesn’t Brawn just quote a “me too” mixer when I just want a replacement to another brand?
Answer: Even though your old mixer was performing adequately in your process it does not mean we cannot improve upon it. Since other mixer manufacturers ‘make the mixer’ before they even know your process, the chances of their answer being perfect is very remote.
Brawn , with its modular design concept can perfectly match the mixer to your process and your budget.
Question: Can Brawn perform sample or pilot testing on my product?
Answer: Brawn is equipped to perform testing on most products without added cost to the customer. If specific equipment is required to test a sample product, the customer will be asked to pay a nominal fee which can be applied to the final cost of the mixer(s).
Question: Will Brawn provide auxiliary equipment with its mixers, such as variable speed controls, tachometers, etc.?
Answer: Yes. Brawn will provide a proposal on auxiliaries or recommend a reliable source for these items.
Question: How can I be assured my Brawn mixer will work, since I am buying a “custom solution” to my problem?
Answer: First of all, Brawn stresses getting “the whole story” before we design a mixing solution. Secondly, with Brawn’s modular concept, upgrade or changes to a mixer are a matter of changing components instead of the entire mixer.
Question: Does Brawn Mixer only manufacture small mixers?
Answer: No, Brawn manufactures from small portables, side-entry, to large top entry mixers. We have supplied mixers up to 100 horsepower.
Question: What markets do you supply mixer for?
Answer: All markets. We supply mixers to the industrial and municipal markets as well as to the pharmaceutical, bio-tech and food industries.
Question: Can you supply mixer support beams and stands?
Answer: Yes, we have manufactured and supplied mixer support structures for over tanks to large hydraulic lift stands. Recently we supplied several polished stainless steel lift stands to the pharmaceutical industry.
